Time Share

We are making available now a time share opportunity in the tzimmer. The concept is that interested parties can purchase now rental time in the tzimmer for the future. For example, you could purchase the first two weeks of June every year for the next 5 years. All payments will be made now, and all rental dates are then guaranteed.

We sign a contract with you containing a basic lease agreement. In that contract we specify which dates you have chosen. You pay now and the tzimmer is then yours for those dates.

Time share rates will be those of "Double Occupancy" on our Rates page. As a Time Share Guest, however, you may use as many beds as the tzimmer will hold when you visit.

Shorter term shares are also potentially possible, such as 2 or 1 years. We can also arrange a partial payment, partial deposit plan, whereby you purchase the first 3 years now and put down a small non-refundable deposit to reserve your dates for the 3 years after that. These figures are just examples--we will work with all interested parties to make a plan that will work for you.

You could purchase time for yourself, your children or your grandchildren. Maybe for your mechutan or even your in-laws. :)

In the unlikely event that we are forced to sell the property, I would have to put in the contract that the tzimmer is already rented to you for such and such dates and so those dates would NOT be sold to the buyer.
